2014 is gonna start with a blast! As you can tell by above headlines we got a TON of stuff going on.

SUFFERING QUOTA – Suffering Quota. LP pre-orders!
Over a year in the making but finally at the pressing plant is SUFFERING QUOTA’s self titled debut album. These veterans from the punk and (death) metal scene are the new revelation when it comes down to an all out overkill of furious grindcore. Influences range from Nasum, to Assück and that great mid-nineties Bremen scene with bands like Acme and Systral all captured in a super heavy sound (responsible: JB from Herder / Aborted!). The first pressing is limited to 500 copies with 100 of these on green/yellow colored vinyl and 400 on black. The DIE-HARD version, including a professionally duplicated and printed cassette and a t-shirt is limited to 50 copies only!

ACID DEATHTRIP – The Toneshed Sessions. TAPE pre-orders!
After the very successful release of the band’s debut album (which is almost sold out!) ACID DEATHTRIP returns with three new songs! Originally recorded for their upcoming split with HANGMAN’S CHAIR the band didn’t want to wait too long to release this new material to the world. Being as productive as they are, they’re hitting the studio again in February to record for mentioned split 12” which will be released in April 2014. For now, these three songs are available exclusively on a limited cassette (professionally duplicated and printed) with once again the incredible art of Szymon Siech (Blind To Faith, Gehenna, Rise And Fall, Integrity). The band's influences range from Entombed to Orange Goblin but then again, ACID DEATHTRIP really created their own blasphemous boogie! This cassette is limited to only 100 copies. We expect these to be available end of February.

Reflections POP UP RECORD STORE from February 18-23!
I guess this is gonna be as close as we can get on realizing a childhood dream! We’re gonna open our own Pop Up Record Store! It’s gonna be open for one week and one week only. Together with KINSUM records, who’s specialized in all things second hand (main focus Metal, Punk, Hardcore but also Classic Rock and even toys!) we’re gonna sell a ton of vinyl, cd’s and merchandise. Not only from our own stock but also a LOT of punkrock from THE SHIELD RECORDS and some private collections as well!

HERDER recording new album and announce album title
HERDER is HARDER became a well-known phrase in the world of aggressive music and the band is gonna live up to their reputation with their upcoming new, full-length album entitled “GODS”. The band is currently recording. After hearing some demo recordings and snippets from songs we can tell you that this is gonna be the most brutal, hardest and most intense stuff they did so far. The artwork is gonna be done by the famous Mattias Frisk (known for his work for Ghost and Entrapment) and sketches show utter insanity! More information on pre-orders and a releasedate is coming soon.

Tough times ahead for TOXIC SHOCK
Just after being selected as one of the best metal albums and Belgian live shows by the Antwerp Gazet, Toxic Shock received some bad news. Singer Wally had been diagnosed with cancer. For now it seems a curable form of cancer but he will have to undergo heavy chemotherapy in the coming months. All future shows, except this coming Friday at MusicCity in Antwerp (w/ Kingterror, Cheap Drugs and Fuck Ups) are postponed until further notice. Please keep on sending your best wishes for Wally on the band's Facebook page.

BLACK MASK –  USA Tour starts January 23
As a full on touring machine BLACK MASK are about to start another  U.S. tour. Their self-titled debut album is getting great reviews and if you didn’t pick up a copy yet, you might consider doing so.
